Shipping Fees

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery information (address, phone number, and contact name) is accurate. ZenFit is not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility for Returns
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and without damage.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper handling

Return Process

Refunds
